Would you like to find out what resilience really means and how you can gain more drive, strength and energy in your everyday life? How do agile thinking and resilience harmonize with each other? In our one-day workshop, we will answer these questions and introduce agile methods for increasing resilience that you can integrate directly into your everyday life.
Our aim is to provide you with a solid foundation on the topic of resilience and to let you experience it in practical examples. You will acquire the skills and knowledge to understand and integrate resilience into your everyday life, which will help you to face the challenges of the ever-changing work environment with confidence.

Trainer: Sabine Neuenschwander
She is an agile coach, alternative medicine practitioner and certified mental health educator. She has in-depth knowledge in these areas and looks forward to accompanying you on your path to resilience.
