In Kanban, I see an evolutionary approach that drives change through the optimisation of the existing process and is applied at all levels. With evolutionary changes, cultural changes develop in organisations. The culture of continuous improvement inspires me.

I illuminate the work system and the social system with a special focus on what moves people in change. My task is to strengthen, challenge and activate.
I support as a coach, trainer, supervisor and organisational developer. 

Development and design take place together with the people concerned. Change is a permanent process. Those affected experience new values and attitudes. Together we strengthen the capacity for change and agility of organisations.
