My task is to strengthen, challenge and activate. I provide support as a coach, trainer, supervisor and organizational developer. 

Change is a permanent process. I support people, teams and organizations on the path to change. In doing so, I examine the work system and the social system with a special focus on what moves people during change. Those affected experience new values and attitudes in the change process and deal with challenges. Together, we strengthen the ability to change and the agility of organizations by optimizing collaboration, procedures and processes. Development and design take place together with the people affected.

About me

I have a broad range of expertise with a wealth of experience enriched by sound specialist knowledge. I have more than 20 years of experience in organizational development and change management, from small teams to large groups across all organizational levels. I first came into contact with the agile world in my role as a school principal. In an effort to drive change through the optimization of existing processes, which are applied at all levels. With the evolutionary changes of the Kanban introduction, cultural changes are developing in the school organization. The culture of continuous improvement inspires me. At a later stage, I implemented Scrum in schools to develop "products" in the area of school and teaching development.
