For more than 10 years - when agile was not yet a mega-trend - I have been on the road in various roles and have experienced a lot. Successes, but also failures. In any case, my knowledge base is full of "hands on" experience in agile & classic work environments - peppered with sound theoretical knowledge. This enables me to build bridges between the worlds and to meet stakeholders at eye level. I am happy to pass on this experience in the context of my coaching activities.
